Buying a used car can be a little nerve-wracking. When you don’t know who previously owned it or how it was taken care of, it’s easy to feel worried about any underlying issues that may need to be addressed in the future.

That’s why we offer warranties with all of our used Nissan models, as well as our certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicles.

What Does the Used Vehicle Warranty Cover?

When you buy a used car from Nissan of Cookeville, you will experience complete peace of mind. This is because your vehicle will be covered by a 60-day/2,000-mile warranty which covers all major components, including your:

  • Engine
  • Fuel pump
  • Steering
  • Electrical components
  • Transmission
  • Drive axle
  • Brakes

What Does the CPO Vehicle Warranty Cover?

For even more protection, consider a CPO Nissan model. These vehicles come with a seven-year/100,000-mile Limited Lifetime Non-Factory warranty, which is good from its original in-service date.

More than 600 parts are covered, including the drivetrain, transmission, and engine. Plus, aside from a $50 deductible per visit, you won’t have to pay for parts or labor.

You can also go with the Security Plus Extended Protection Plan, which covers an additional 1,300 components, including climate control, suspension, electrical wiring, and audio/visual systems. This coverage can last for seven years or 100,000 miles or eight years or 120,000 miles, and there is a $0 deductible for covered repairs.

If this makes you feel better about buying a used vehicle, come down to our Nissan dealership near Crossville to check out our inventory. You can also request a remote test drive and have a vehicle brought right to your home. We look forward to showing you our used and certified pre-owned vehicle inventories!
