While it won’t be available for a while, our dealers at Nissan of Cookeville are already itching to see what the 2022 Nissan Ariya can do on the road. This sleek SUV is a sportier version of the Nissan Rogue, featuring an athletic stance and futuristic design elements.
To make sure you’re fully informed about this Nissan SUV, we’ve provided a brief list of features you can expect to see later this year.
300-Mile Driving Range
On a single charge, the 2022 Nissan Ariya will be able to drive up to 300 miles. This is a number that few electric vehicles can match.
Plus, in addition to DC fast-charging ports, you will also be able to charge your Nissan Ariya at home with a 110- or 240-volt outlet.
Two Different Battery Sizes
You’ll have your choice of a 65- or 90-kWh battery with the Nissan Ariya. With the smaller battery, the Nissan Ariya can generate 215 horsepower, while the bigger battery ups the ante to 389 horsepower.
Plus, if you opt for the larger battery, you’ll also be able to go from zero to 60 mph in just five seconds.
Impressive Tech Components
The first thing you will probably notice about the 2022 Nissan Ariya is its huge infotainment touchscreen, which measures 13.3 inches. Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration comes standard with this system, as does a navigation system.
The 2022 Nissan Ariya also offers semi-autonomous driving as well. With this feature, you can take your hands off the wheel and let the car drive itself in certain situations.
Designed to Keep Occupants Safe
The Nissan Ariya comes with many built-in safety features that will keep you and your passengers protected on the road. These include:
- Automatic emergency braking
- Lane departure warning
- Pedestrian detection
- Automatic high beams
- Blind-spot monitoring
- Lane keep assist
- Rear cross-traffic alert
The new Nissan Ariya isn’t available at Nissan of Cookeville yet, but we look forward to its arrival later this year. For the latest news about release dates, keep checking our blog!
